pro tip: you can always borrow the books from your local library or register your library card with a mobile app like Libby & rent books there :) sometimes there are holds on the books for months on the app, like they are in real life at the library so i usually just end up buying the book myself. i like holding the physical copy more than reading on my phone, personally.
